Can anyone tell me what the cr would be on a f4r with a megane 225 head gasket? Standard f4r gasket is .65mm I belive and the f4rt is 1.3mm for reference.

I already have Jenvey 45mm ITB's and GT cams (428 profile). Would adding a rotrex be pointless me having the ITB's or would it just be even better?:)
...Also, if the Rotrex and ITB's do work, will trumpet length play as big a part as a N/A engine? I have both 90mm and 120mm trumpets

Received the new exhaust a few weeks ago from Fred then decided that I would actually like to have a badge made for it to actually show off who makes them..(sort of)

After recently fitting some second hand Sportlines on my Trophy suspension, I can't help but hate the look of it.
It sits 15mm higher at the back than the front. Could some of this be down to the AST top mounts making the front a bit lower as I have read on here a few times...

Looking to get a Whiteline rarb to go on this xmas and can only find the 2 point adjustable ones. Are the 3 point discontinued or the 2 points are a revised version and replaced the 3 point?

Come xmas time I have 3 weeks off so going to treat my clio:approve:
Going to put Eibach Sportline springs on as well as polybushing the front end and whiteline ARB on the rear.
Now my query is, if I put 4 brand new genuine cup packed dampers on with the sportlines and other bits...
Does anyone know the weight and rough size of the Yozza for a 182?
