    Mk 3 central locking boot problem

    My sister has a Mk 3 2010 & recently when using the remote to unlock (press twice to unlock all doors) the boot pops open. My first thought was the wiring into the hatch broken, is this a common fault? If not what is the likely problem?

    Polo service question

    Sorry if in the wrong section but I can't post in other marques. I want to change the oil on my mothers 52 reg Polo 1.4 petrol. Do I need a special tool for the drain plug or will a normal socket do it? Also how do I reset the service indicator? Thanks for any advice.

    Black not black enough!

    Cleaned my daughters 1.2 16v pearl black in the following way. Wash, clay bar, wash, Autoglym paint renovator, Autoglym Super Resin Polish, Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection.     Mk1 1.4 revving at 3000rpm

    Hi My wifes Mk1 has been hard to start for a few days, then today when we got it going, it revs at 3000rpm. Went to my local garage, who thought it was the idle speed control motor (stepper motor) so have changed that and it's the same. Any ideas? Help much apreciated
