What are people's experiences with self flock kits... are they any good?
If not can anyone point me in the direction of a half decent flocking place in which i can send off the kit for a reasonable price?
I've just ordered a set plus the strut brace and plan to fit myself.
On fitting is there anything dodgy/complication I should be looking out for?
Also how easy is it to set up afterward?
Thanks.
I basically have satin black wheels which i bought brand new. They've always been sealed with poor boys wheel sealant but some reason i'm getting white glazing on the paint.
I'm not sure what this is so I'm hoping a decent wheel cleaner will remove the sealant and hopefully the white glazing...
Basically I have no airbags in the car and resistors fitted, but for some reason the serv and airbag lights are still on and on plugging in a diagnostics say that all the airbags have deployed...
Can CLIP remove all airbags and pretensioners from the system to have the lights come on and go off...
I have a 182, does anyone know how to tell the difference between having a trw or an smi steering rack.
Also, if it is a smi do I have to remove the rack to fit these bushes?

Basically I've got a set of CF door cards on the way and rather than cutting them I was hoping to relocate the mirror adjustment and window switches.
Has anyone done this? Is it easy and where have you put them??
Thanks, Adam.
Well this is my BG. When I bought the car it was completely bog standard...55k on the clock with spoiler pack (god knows why someone would buy this pack and not the cup packs)
This was the car when I bought it may 2012...
This being the car now (70k) ...

I've been in contact with a company near me that claims to get an extra 25BHP and 30lbft of torque, from simply remapping. This can't be right surely? I thought you'd be lucky to get 5 let alone 25?
Rafmatt, you drove past my house whilst I was cleaning the t4, car looks lovely.
RB182with white turinis cardinal park tonight and also what looked like a sport rep in black? You had the sport badge under the Clio rather than the Renault?
I've had an aftermarket steering wheel and seats for a while now, and when first bought, I'd done all the right things with resistors etc to keep these lights off.
It all went through a mot with no dramas
recently the lights came on and no amount of fiddling has turned them off. I've had...
Try to keep the slating down :( haha
Pics of the new wheels just after a quick clean and some lovely new cf washer blanks too.
The height issue should be sorted soon as it's going into mark fish for a full geo and suspension set up.
Does anyone know of places I can go to actually look at wheels, i'm not talking motormania or halfords but proper store that all they really do?
North essex preferable but suffolk or anywhere essex or kent
I've just ordered a set of wheels and tyres. The wheels have an offset of 20. Just checking, but is this the same as have 15mm spacers all around, or is it going to cause problems? (they are 16x7)
i was driving along dual carriage way when there was a bang (something falling off the car), as this happened the above 3 lights came on but there was no change in the braking.
I turned the engine off and on to see if it cleared the lights, which it did finally, then on braking it makes a weird...
I had fitted a miltek manifold back exhaust with de cat and recently re fitted the cat to the beautiful quiet exhaust it once was lol
other than the sound, based on a standard (non mapped) 182 is there really any benefit of having a de cat fitted?
