mk 2 1.2 8v running issues
has anyone heard of a battery causing running problems. my daughter left the interior light on for 48 hrs and the battery died and would not take a charge. before this it would start but not exactly fly into life. i just put another battery on it and now it runs smooth as silk- no coughs or...- keithy boy

OMG. just changed the oil and it only had 2 ltrs in it, im sure i checked it the other week! I got the right amount back in so i guess it must have been off the dipstick. It did seem a little bit smoother so im wondering if after cleaning the throttle body it needs to re learn its settings...- keithy boy

hi everyone my daughter has just got her first car and guess what- dad needs to fix it. ive done a service on it and its got new ht leads but it was still running rough. i cleaned the throttle body with carb cleaner cos it had sludge inside from the breather which has helped a bit. from cold...- keithy boy
