15's or 16's

Right chaps i'm toying with the idea of scrapping me 172's 16" wheels for a set of 15" pro race 1.2's or speedlines with a 195/50/15 tyre (parada spec 2 more then likely) will i notice any difference in handeling at all? I know a few chaps on here run 15's an i think it would suit my car more especially the direction i'm heading with the car

Well a big benefit of 15"s is cheaper tyres

I went from the big heavy 16" 182 wheels to 15" pro race 1.2s. I noticed a difference.

I prefer my 182 wheels to the 1.2 pro races i had.

I love my 15' super T's! £36 Paradas ftw! And weigh a bit less than the easily kerbed cup jobbies! Even pe2's are only about £50 each!
They do look a bit dinky on sportlines but look fine on coilovers!

Thats one thing i was looking at =D i get cheap toyos as it is but 15's are alot cheaper an more readily avalible. Plus i know a few lads who work at rimstock where team dynamics are made so to say i get um cheap is an understatment

Be a fool to get 16" wheels again really, 15" tires are too cheap not to just abuse.

Alot better turn in if anything, that's the big diff u feel. Also will make the rid of the car alot nicer over rough roads.

I'm thinking the same tbh lol, simply due to tyre price etc.

Is that the size everyone goes for with 15's 195-50-R15's? Even for track tyres, or is that 205's?
