i fitted my own, probably not the best approach, but i had no other way but to hammer it in slowly with some thick cloth over it, and ensuring that it went in level all the way round.

not got ABS, just ordered the bearing for 24 quid......my garge reckon if the old bearing is really bad thay may ahve problems getting it off? bull sh*t i reckon!

you dont need ABS to fit the rear ABS discs mate !! they just fit straight on !! youll end up paying more in labour with a seperate bearing

yup....jsut get the disc...then you slap it straight on....the only diff is the ABS ring on it, and that doesnt matter since you dont have an ABS pickup.

So your bearing, plus labour will ad up to more. And when you consider that you get a new disc with it.

This is for one rear disc with a bearing already fitted, if your rear disc look like they could do with replacing then this is the best option

Rear discs are a piece of piss to fit and so is the bearing

Ben whats the cheapest way to replace my front wheel bearing ?
Buy a gen ren bearing for about 40 quid, take your hub off, take it to either ren themselves or a specialist and get them to press it in for about 20 quid. Then re assemble it and get your tracking done again.

whole wheel bearing job takes about 1 hr usually from rolling in to going home...

sticking areas can be removing driveshaft from stub axle, if it was not lubed when it went in...

Bearing is about £35 from us, (its a genuine one)
