172 alternator aircon and pas

How do you get it all off i have managed to get the alrernator and aircon pump off but i cant seem to get the pas pump and brackets off ?

Undo the bolts holding it on?!

I have undone all the bolts but doesnt seem to be moving only bolts i have t undone are the 2 bolts with the torque tops

for the tensioner?

the pumps are TIGHT in their housing, normally a big lever bar moves them
