Spending a bit of cash on the cup. Upgrading the brakes and want to do suspension. I have decided on Eibach springs and looking at the searches sportlines seem popular choice but what difference do pro's make to the cup. Im quite happy with ride height at the back but wouldnt mind seeing the front drop down a little.

Renault spent a fair bit of time on the setup of there cars no cheap springs will amke it better all round you need to spend a lot of money to get it better.

Unless your just after looks.

If you have a spare 700 to spend on suspension, and you know you'll be venturing onto the track more than never then sure, buy H&R's...they are the dogs dangly bits but if you are after cheap handling improvements go for Eibachs.

I put Pro's on mine and its a barely noticeable drop but the handling is improved. Sports will give you a bit more drop but these springs are more of a handling mod rather than a lowering mod...especially on the 172/182.

I put eibach prolines on mine, like you say, visually little difference though it sits slightly nicer. Best mod i ever did i think...you will be really suprised at the improvement. Theres suprising body roll on the standard set up considering its a cup imo.

Agreed with you dan on the roll issue but i am used to driving minis! Ordered some prolines today and some new discs can anyone recommend pads EBC, Pagid etc?

Depends what compound your looking at.

Green stuff are a popular good upgrade but stock are more than adequate for most.

Do a search is best for the best pad for you

Have you any pics of it on the prolines mate?

I can recommend EBC Greens and Brembo High Carbon discs.

Again unless you are going to do track work you won't really need to stray far from the standard setup. Brembo High Carbons are basically like the OE discs just a bit better.
