2003ish they added cruise control and traction
Thinks thats about it.
Or do you mean between ph1 and ph2s?
Also from around that time the 6 cd changer was optional so some dont have it.
^^^^ so your after a 172 with 182 cup packs?
why ESP? its beyond rubbish!
f**k off :rasp:
FF = Full Fat = All the extras and options available.
A FF 172 wouldn't have cup packs as they weren't available.
So what extra options does a 172 come with??
None!
Later ones have more features than earlier ones, therefore a FF 172 to me, would be a later one with all the features.
In summary.
If i bought a 02 or 52 plate 172 clio, the only things that "might" be missing, but could also be there if its a weird one, would be ESP and Cruise Control?
The rest, climate control, traction control, ABS, Xenon headlamps etc. Would definately be on it? (unless it was a cup obv.)
You can also get some 172s with sat nav built in the dash..
So a 2002 172 is not a FF but a 2003 one is?
If the 2003 one has all the features then yeh.
Thats how i look at it anyway. Its alot easier to say i've got a FF 172 than saying i've got a 172 that has cruise control and ESP, don't you think? If someone says they have a FF 182, you know they've got the cup packs, if someone says they've got a FF 172, you know they've got a later one with cruise control and ESP.
No because then people start calling normal 182s 182 FF and that just confuses things.
And as said in previous post, if your 172 i made in a certain year we would know it has/has not got cruise control etc.
And as also said, it has no options so how is it a fully specced one, it's just a 172
Yeah the only difference would be the cruise control/esp or the cd changer.
I personally would just buy the best one you can, i never use the cruise and don't really need the traction control.
So If it has ESP it also has TC, but if it doesn't have ESP, it doesn't have TC.
