Probably keeps it at home. Which is ideal, unless you have a puncture literally anywhere else, which always happens.

First is most likely. It normally has all 4 normal wheels. And nah, only Boosh does that.

I've got a spare alloy, only put it in boot when off on a big trip like when i went ring. Take it out when you get there, saves any hassle if you write a tyre off dealing with breakdown services an there crazy overpriced mobile tyre fitting!

If a car left the factory with a spare, they can refuse to help because the owner has been a dumbass and removed the spare, effectively kicking oneself in the head.
