How the f**k have I missed this?! It's f**king awesome and I want one now!
Is it just torsion bars that's allowed you to deck it?
Yep and rear engine rwd. Works for porsche.... should of stuck with both. A lot of the very early stuff was the same, 4cv dauphine Renault 8 and 10.Double wishbone? Wow they've really not taken that momentum have they?
The height is perfect on it and me being me it would need to have patina. It turns out that I'm the reason I can't have nice things.
That's a good picture. I might have to pop over there myself the E34 and try and get a similar one, looks a good back drop.
Ha ha! You're a man after my own heart! I also started albeit very briefly with my mums Renault 5 TL! I then went on to a Renault 18 GTX which I had for 12 years! Currently I have a Clio Williams which I love but I'm always on the look out for another oldie goldie Renault!cheers man, pretty fond of all Renault metal old and new
Missed this thread until now, very cool little car! Will be watching with interest!
I want a little Rover Metro as a project, had one as my first car so fancy a retro project, like yours they're made of tin foil and a stiff breeze could crush it.It is dinky, very spacious inside but it has no protection at all, id probably die if a decent stone was thrown up on the motorway. Makes small hatchbacks look big.
