200 brakes

Anyone elses 200 brakes very noisy? Mine seem to bind together in slightest wet conditions and when try to move off from being parked are as rough as hell

Wait till it gets into the winter properly, if it bugs you now you'll hate it come December. Every morning last year my hand brake would be seized on.

What causes it? My 197 was only bad if didnt drive it for a few day

Always squeaky, but they seem to last pretty well.

My 200 Cup has done 21k and loads of meat left on the pads:S Would have expected replacements by now tbh!

Yep, in winter you will go to pull away and think the handbrake is still on, lol.

Actually I just came back from work, it's a bit chilly outside and the car seemed a bit sloppy. Maybe it already started

So whats the solution to this, dont use OEM disks and pads ?

Not a problem that needs solving tbh, just a bit of left foot braking when you first pull off to clear up the discs.

Mine are noisy, I just brake harder to be fair and that silences them
