3/4 size front number plate

Has anyone who's got the above had much hassle from the police?? Need to change my numberplates are they are old and skanky, and they have an england flag on them....oh dear :dead:

So getting some nice new ones

Providing you keep the letters the right size & in the correct font & leave an 11mm gap round the edge, you will be fine.

i never had a problem and had 3/4 size front.

Never had an issue and had it on over 18 months. Keep standard on the rear and 3/4 on the front with standard font on both.

Sorry to thread hijack, but can you get the plates made up 3/4 of the size of normal or do you cut them down yourselves?

Got pulled night before last and he luked at the number plate inside the car which was a 1/2 one.

Police officer:The number plate on the front is the same as this one
Me:No its not the one on the front is a bit bigger and i think its legal
