just thought id say hello as i have just joined,i have just bought a mk 1 clio 16v with a knackered engine,i have already bought a complete engine and just wondered if there was any tweeks people would recommend while i have the engine out?

Hope you get the engine sorted, most people will recomend a Williams conversion.

i bought it like it nice and cheap,the guys cambelt snapped 2 years ago and it had been in his garage ever since so i offered him silly money and he took it.

ive already bought a good standard engine,but would anybody recommend anythin to increase the power a little?
ie cams headwork ect withput spendin crazy money?
also whats involved with the williams conversion ect for tryin to source the engine and box?
