my accelerator pedal is really stiff and jerky - its not too much of a problem with normal driving except when im trying to pull of or im sat in a traffic jam and then it becomes annoying because its so jerky everytime i pull off or am travelling slowly?

any suggestions or is it just a case of the good old WD40?

Could need a new accelerator cable if all the oils within sheath have dried out.

if it feels still just change it. its costs about £14 from renault. get a genuine one as the other ones are crap and dont stay in place. its a bit of a rubish job to do but you will be much happier after!!
