adjusting ultrasonic alarm sensitivity on the v6?

on the 182/172s you can swap the wires around under the cup holders to reduce the sensitivity by 60% or so.
Ive had a look under here on my v6 to do the same but the ultrasonic wires arnt there.
I removed the radio and the wires go right up under the top halkf of the dash and i cant get to them.


What is the way for adjusting the sensitivity on the vees, as mine has had a few ultrasonic false alerts?

You will have to pull the dash top off and you will find the module under the airbag location. There is enough wire bundled up to allow you to move it somewhere more convienent.
