Advice on lowering -40mm please

  Arctic blue 182ff
now i cant afford to blow loads of money on coilovers, plus theres no point on my 1.2 because it has no performance anyway!!

now people say -30/-40mm say its ok to lower on springs on standard shocks is ok, but i did that on my 106 (had gas dampers on ther rear) and front was too bouncy... whats the best/affordable kit to buy with shocks and spring??

or eibach springs... i dont know!!! please give some advice,

Thanks, Jack
