advice please

My suspension has been buggered for abit now, finally enough is enough and im sorting it out. Firstly, in terms of comfort and handling. Coilovers or Springs? Then What springs? or coilovers should i be looking at. I have about £450 to spend. Could increase a little if need be.
Im currently on the apex 60mm drop ..
