"Just passed" + driving like a hooligan = getting pulled faster then you can say "Honestly, Officer, it was only a bit of fun".

Probably best to stick to the 1.2 badges ;)

It'd only work if you stopped and explained to every person that it was infact a joke and them thinking you've just passed merely adds to your comic genious, only by this time they've already drove off and the original logic of the plates becomes null and also possibly void...

Isn't that illegal to have a 'P' sticker on a car when you haven't really just passed?

Mind you, if I had a Clio V6 i'd stick a 'P' sticker on it for a laugh.

Dunno if there is any time limit on displaying P plates. I guess some peeps might use them for a week or two, others for months?

There were no such things when I passed my test in 1972 :rasp:

I wouldn't have thought so because it's not a legal requirement to have them even if you have just passed your test. In the UK it isn't anyway.
