So what do everybody think of their 182s now, there must be someone who has had a good day ploughing through those first 700 run-in miles.

I clame to have beaten Tom off the line on the A2 M25 junction.

Dumped the clutch at 5k then floored it, managed to stay ahead for about a second lol.

1.2 power rules, Its now got 83 miles on the clock!



(edit - this may explain where all the fuel went tonight.)

think he means the knocking noise when u sometimes cane it in 1st gear and apparently its the engine mount,mines done it twice,but i put it down to bad driving,it makes me feel better.its like my clios saying to me,you can treat me however you want,but just dont do that since then weve got along just fine.

Had it on my MK1, it was annoying and embarassing. It is shocking to read this is still going on !

Ye when I told my dealer it mainly happens when there is a bit of wheelspin he said "dont wheelspin", ye thanks a lot mate.. good advice.. didnt think of that one.. by the way have you tried pulling away from a junction quickly in the wet with only light throttle ?

Figured as much. Will that one fit or u gotta wait for K-tec to do a 182 one? (not sure if their is any difference in that respect tween 172/182!)

the esp only seems to ever come on mine in the snow or ice but on dry my wheels will spin in 1st,thought traction control and esp would stop this spinning,but only difference i can notice is the bloody light flickin on and off,can anyyone teach me sumthing? i mean i know traction control stops wheels spinning and esp brakes each wheel if need to but what the hell the difference in the dry?
