anyone used premium choice car insurance

my wife has found insurance qoutes for around 700 pounds, but one insurance company keep popping up and there 500 pounds. just wondered if anyone have used them and if there worth using. just find it a bit strange being that they are massively cheaper than everyone else, unless im being paranoid.
