Are Willy decats same as Valver decats

Just wondered if they were model specific really, as I know that the full exhaust systems are slightly different due to the length of the downpipe arent they?

though i think the BB one fits both because it can twist in the middle

Yeah, flanges are at different angles between willy and 16v so are not interchangeable unless, as BRUN says, youve got a BB one thats adjustable
