As of Jan this year there are now 50 insurance group classifications, so the Twingo being 18 is low as the Clio 182 is now 33 IIRC & Fiat 500 Abarth is 26 fit Essesse kit & it's 28.

it's not been widly publicised but all insurance companies have to use the new guidlines & there is no clear cut rule to it. If one car was group 10 before & now it's group 20, another completly different car that was also group 10 on old system is now group 22.

PS pictures looked great & Auto Express has 20 years of Clio article this wk with some vids online.

I don't have link at hand but there is the UK government insurance website that you can look up any car and find it's old and new ratings.
