Being gay when closing the bonnet

Ive been such a nancy today. I tried the lower it to "just" the right height and drop it (with a worried grimace upon my visage) and also the lower it and then push it down by hand (with a worried grimace upon my visage).

How do you close yours lol!

I cant just drop mine, as the bonnet is off centre from the lock, so i lower it down.

Cant be arsed to undo the bonnet bolts to align it properly

Dont think its so much an issue with the mk1/phs2 Clios mate... never had any troubles wit mine.. either way i closed it!..

if i remember correctly the renault manual tells you to drop it from about 8 inches or so.

Drop it ??????? f**k me I did that on the dynamique and now the f**king bonnet is out of line. Can hardly open the f**ker. I wouldnt recommend dropping it- its french after all. Its not made for rough treatment. But doesnt mean you have to close it like a faggot nancy boy - That would deserve a slap.
