Bonnet paint work problem

Hi just wondering if someone could help me, it's not a renaultsport but my old dear has a problem with the paint on her car, it's starting to go white a bit bubbly and very patchy, just wondering if anyone knows what the problem could be or how I can solve it. its a M plate corsa. here is a photo, thanks

Looks like cheap single stage lacquer thats failed.Only option is to repaint I'm afraid.

Hard to tell from pics what's up with it. Take a cloth and little spot of T-Cut/Farecla G3 and rub a small section of one of worst affected areas. If it does nothing you know it needs re-painted.

Before the detailers s**t themselves at the mention of T-Cut, it could well have been painted in old solid paint, and it's already pretty much shagged anyway, so shut up.
