Calipers

Im thinking of painting my calipers soon and I could do woth a few opinions.

I could be boring/safe and go for black or silver, or Im tepted to do them red or possibly blue.

Im thinking red might be best for the calipers but Im also tempted to paint the enginge cover in the cup blue so then it might be better to coordinate.

what do you guys and gals think??

theres a red 172 in the gallery with a colour coded engine cover and i think it looks well nice but I dont really wont to paint mine silver cause it already is so I thought the cup blue might look ok?

My VTS is gold and I done my calipers blue, goes quite well (surprisingly).

Just done all four calipers on my Red MKII 172, in red Hamerite and they look awesome!!

It took me ages for all the masking but the result was well worth it

Ive just done my calipers yellow and the rear drums are silver. my cars blue btw. Looks wicked

IMHO i think painting calipers lairy colours is def too Lax Powerish. Go for black or silver. The clean look is far better.
