Can someone please help with renault head unit please....

Hi all I have had to purchase a second stereo as mine wont play cd's anymore, I have contacted renault and they won't £10 to source the code.... Can anyone point me in the right direction as to we're i could gain the information needed myself. The stereo on the side says security D864 but that can't be the code as there is no letters on my front plate. I have googled the stereo code 8200367500T but nothing comes up. It's the cabasse unit. Thanks for any help provided..
