Changing Headlights

I've done a search and I couldn't find a guide or anything to help changing the headlights on a MK2 PH2 172. It looks like the bumper has to come off, could any one tell me what is holding the bumper on? Easy job to get off?

No worries, it's a simple job really.

Headlights are all plug & play too

All done and I re-fitted my exhaust aswell, very easy job. Once took the bumper off on a Punto and it was a bit of a nightmare.
