Clio 172 mk2 wheel size

I can get some Mickey Thompson racing slicks on 14" wheels quite cheap and was wondering if they would fit because of the discs. How big are the discs anyway?

brakes are 280mm or about 11" very much doubt they would fit behind 14" wheels,

I thought so, 15" would probably be the smallest
