anybody else annoyed by there seats in their cup?

mine constantly squeaks when u push back in the seat getting really annoying lol.

is this happening on anybody elses?

just wondered if it was just me?

Mine have been known to make a noise, but I'd put it down to the material. It certainly isn't anything to do with their fixings. Just cheap I guess.

I had that when mine was new. Mentioned it to the Renault spanner monkeys, so they took the seat cover off and re-greased the offending part.

Since then, over the last 2 years and 55k miles the grease they used has worked its way outwards, and I now have two visible patches/oil stains on the back of my drivers seat.

Put up with it, or go aftermarket...but don't ask Renault to sort it.

mine do squeek a little, but they are cup seats.

squeeks make it go fastrer.

Not just 172 Cup's either... I've got the exact same problem on my 182 Cup drivers seat. Squeak from the foam padding when leaning back in the seat, and I have had it changed by Renault already, now it's squeaking again!!

new subframes solved mine, annoyed fcuk out of me and no amount of grease solved it til i did this...

don't ask Renault to sort it.

I asked them to fix my sunroof.

They made it rattle, stopped the sunblind working and dinted the roof, excellent!!
