Told you!
it does have a single throttle body and the inlet is restricted to 60mm. Originally you had the choice of one throttle body per cylinder by restricted to 40mm, or the single inlet retricted to 60mm. Citroens saxo was the only team to use the 4x40mm throttle bodies and subsequently took the chanpionship by storm. Sebastien Loeb won and they banned teh 4x40mm and you can only use the 1x60mm inlet retrictor now. However, this just handed the saxo more torque becasue it didnt reduce airflow any more and upped the airspeed. It realy is an amazing series to watch, and 220BHP aint too much in teh racing world, without the restrictors, they could probably make 300BHP at 200BHP/ltr.
