Clio Vans

Might not be a 182, but was just wondering how reliable these wee dCi 565 vans are. I'm thinking of getting one as a workhorse to save the Campus getting dirty.

I've seen an 03 with a quite big 101,000 miles with FSH, 3 month warranty and looks tidy for £1995.

Is this about the right price and is there anything i should be looking out for ?? I know the belts need replacing so i'll ask if it has been done

Thanks for any advice
Al

ive got a dci65 (not a van but the same really!) its on 150k miles, drives like brand new, as far as i can see its still on the factory clutch, gearbox has just gone with no signs of warning but these things happen

as long as its had regular oil changes it will be fine! yep belt need done but they are cheap-ish to do!

I had one, Was reliable until the cambelt snapped/ bottom pulley came off and caused the valves to make holes in the pistons........... Sold it for £400 in the end on an 02 plate.

1.5 dci's are ok, but expensive when they go wrong, bottom ends, turbos, injectors, injector and tank pumps all weak areas. I would rather have a petrol i think unless i was using it for regular motorway work.
