Coilovers are scrubbing

Put my gaz coilovers on and set the front up to 30 turns from the bottom, it's not even low and it's scrubbing on the inner arch? I've seen a lot of clio's that are much lower then mine is anyone having the same problem? Any ideas what I can do?

It's more than likely the bumper hangers on the inner wings, they bend up out the way very easily.
