Colour coded

Finally got round to painting front badge and fog light surrounds. didn't come out too bad I think. Has anyone on here painted the black triangular shaped piece between the mirrors and the door. Was just wondering how it comes off.

The mirrors are held on by 3 star keys, when you open the door the plastic triangular cover hides the screw heads... please don't colour code them though it'll be too much

I'd have done the washer blanks rather than the fog surrounds. It's alright though i suppose.

yeah clayed and polished it and it all came off. some off it came straight off but there was some stubborn bits which took a bit longer. i think Auto Glym do a tar remover to.

Yeah I tried that on sunday but there is so much of it, its gonna take me an age! I think whoever owned it previously really didn't look after it its pretty bad on both sides!! Have you colour coded the side 2.0 litre badges??? or you leaving it?

Not a fan of the fog light surrounds scott, however love the side badges and front badge mate, think the mirrors would be to much though, have you tried Autoglym Vinyl & Rubber Care? brought mine up a treat, mine were covered in wax residue i used to use normal back to black, but this wore off after a few days but found the AG stuff has got rid of the white residue totaly now they seem to stay black all the time

i sent them off to Middo and he did them for me. anthracite background with RB writing. He did an excellent job on them and they make a big difference
