currently im using this as a QD spray. (dont know if thats right)

however i have just noticed that there is a spray on shine, and a pour on shine.

iv been using the pour on shine but iv been spraying it (dilute into a spray bottle) is there anything wrong with this?

are there any differences between the spray on and pour on?

Nothing wrong with that at all. It's exactly the same.

I prefer to use it as a drying aid as it's not my preference as a quick detailer, but again, it's fine to do so.

Demon Shine is pretty good stuff for the price. I wash the car as normal, spray Demon Shine all over, leave it a minute or so then rinse it off with a slow stream rather than a spray or a jet of water. That way the water just runs off and the Demon Shine leaves it looking all 'PING'!

Which of these products is the one that strips your paint if you leave it on too long?

Sure I saw a thread about it.

Not saying is was Demon Shine, so not trying to troll or scaremonger

Demon shine diluted down as a QD is great (but not the best) in my experience and for the price and convenience its even better!

Bit of a random post! You're probably thinking of something like Auto Smart Tardis which is a tar remover. If left for way too long then it can soften the paint.

As above, it's good but there's better, but the stuff that's better is more expensive! It's a good product, and a superb drying aid if not a quick detailer.

hmmm, if it's safe, I'm on it.

It wont destroy vinyl will it? Or will this be the hassle-free way of de-striping the clio? :)

double awesome.

Off to the Spit & Polish this weekend then, followed by a liberal dousing of Demon Shine

Useful stuff at this price, either as a QD or clay lube. Also useful if well protected as a "pour and drive" solution for us Londoners.

I bought some the other day as asda was selling it for 2 quid for a 2 litre bottle, using it a quick detailer diluted with water, its okay, but isn't as good as meguries detailers that I have used in the past... But hey for 2 pound you cannot go wrong.
