depaser, timing, pullleys whens it due? good garage around arbroath?

my ph2 182 had it all changed at 39k and it has now turned 70k, wondering when there meant to get a second change?

and what exactly do you get changed all together?

there's a mackie motors renualt up the road from me (Arbroath), wondering if its just best to take it there and actaully get it done properly by renault or if a good profession garage would be okay? i know not to do this on the cheap side as it is important to use the correct tools for these engines

Cambelt is every 72k or 5 years, aux belt every 36k or 3 years and dephaser as and when required or when doing the belts for added piece of mind.

SWR are in Stirling and have a good reputation.
