Here I used 90mm-70mm silicone reducers an siliconed them into place in my existing fog housing!

Cost about £20 off eBay for two, large variety of colour also :)

Gives a 70mm rear now that you can couple up to with a cold air feed or a brake duct [emoji106]

I cant see the silicone sealant lasting in that application to be honest mate. Hope I'm wrong.
Why wouldn't it last? They're a nice fit just used the silicone to fill the gap as ensure they don't move! It lasts around windows and doors etc for a very long time

Its a great sealant, but has almost no mechanical properties at all and over time is likely to peel. Possibly a polyeurathane adhesive such as sikeflex or tiger seal might work.

I'd make sure the pipes are supported behind the fog light plates so the sealant isn't taking the load and see how it goes

Have tried ducting behind standard light surrounds of various forms and design and imo they dont really work as the air goes around the side of the bumper and not forced through as you need. They'll probably help better than having none but nothing like they work on a ph1 bumper.

Imo the only real way on ph2 bumpers to duct air is via a cup racer style ducting that directs/dams the air through the hole.
