Do I have an Acoustic Valve? (Pic)

I'm not even 100% sure what it actually looks like. I just know it should be here? So... Is it there or is it gone lol? I know it's a popular thing to remove as useless and more induction noise etc. Thanks for any help!

Iirc it needed one to pass induction noise in other countries, I may be wrong.
