door connector on valver

right, trying to get new speaker wire through the connector block, into the door, but having difficulty getting it off! i know someone off here has done it before, how do i get it apart without snapping it? to make it more clear here is a pic of what it is

Thuink its just a case of pulling really hard upwards, there is a clip each side whihc needs pulling outwards to get it off, its a b*****d to get off, and even more of a b*****d to get back on

Slide the black latch upwards and the loom will come out with a gentle pull. Dont be afraid to pull the latch hard upwards. The loom has two pins on either side of it which sit in a rail inside the latch and as it comes up the loom is released outwards.

Pretty easy thankfully as I have had to undo mine loads.
