engine conversion help please!!!!

Hi all i have managed to pick myself up a willi engine/gearbox/ecu/loom etc to go in my 16v. was wondering if anyone knows if its a straight swap or do you have to change the driveshafts and any other bits???? Cheers

Help please as have a chance on some willi driveshafts but not sure if you need them!!!!????? thanks

You only need Williams shafts if you are changing the suspension to Williams suspension

You need Williams manifold, downpipe and de-cat/cat

Williams ecu and the wiring loom off your old engine. Dont use the wiring loom on the new engine.

Everything else really is the same

Conveniently i have all of the above. downpipe, cat and manifold. Yours for 120 posted

Might be worth asking over on C16valver.

What gearbox is in your 16v? I believe the Williams has a wider track so might need the shafts? Just guessing though so wait for someone who knows to answer.

I have a k-tec stainless manifold and down pipe on there at the mo, why can't I just use this? Surely the fitting is the same!!?? Cheers

Ok if you have a ktec one then use that.
