My clio 172 had a new cat fitted about a yeat ago. No problems at all. Eventually I had to have the middle silencer replaced. I have some kind of stainless steel system on it.
Anyhow, had middle silence replaced as the other had crack in. When I left the garage engine light came on (assuming emmisions light), so went back and forth with this garage as it was not ever on before they got their hands on it. (They replaced Lambas)
The car performance has not changed and the light remains contantly on.
I purchased a OBDII I think. And turn of the engine light no and then and it comes back on eventually.
I was hoping someone may know what up?
Im not sure how to upload pics of the OBDII to show you the result on it. It has a DTC 01 and the I/M shows Cat Not Ready....
Any help please peeps?? Any Ideas??
The cat replaced was a D-cat but had no issues for so long. Wasn't until this middle silencer went on...
