EPICCCC FAIL!!!!!

OK so i've had a bad week....

Having a few troubles with car - engine management light as some of you know.

Today i went to local stealers to buy an engine heatshield clip and clock bulb for the grand sum of £1.56. I dont have any change so the guy says don't worry about it! NICE or so i thought....

Get in my car and pull out of the stealers and CRACK.

Yes i now have 2 splitters....

NOT happy.

They've actually got more flex in them than the plastic ones IMO!

I've given mine a few clobbers so far, and it's just shrugged it off!

Plus, 182's look homo without one.

OE splitters break easy, just ask what's left of the fox I hit on the A419.

true but uness you look mightily close then no one will notice - they tend to break very cleanly

A proper CF splitter is more inclined to de-lam than crack,tough stuff!

Even my old standard FF172 splitter's use to catch coming out of there with it's high suspension.

They aren't too bad there TBH, alot better than City Motors.

I'm gonna have a go at fixing it first as its not completely cracked all the way through although it probably will when i unscrew it.

Will have a look at meg ones too.

Buy a pug 307 mk2 splitter like mine (search in Clio Media) fits decent enough, finishes off the front end and costs £35 brand new.

Plus it is rubbery so won't snap off!

Needs trimming slightly on each end once fitted, job done.
