EVO Triangle Evening Run

5 Hours, 210 Miles Later...

And ooops, maybe went a bit fast round one corner

Last minuite decision as to go, left at 7pm this evening...Chris (W17GLE) Took us the scenic route to the triangle, then round it, then the scenic route back via Bets-Y-Coed, up towards Conway then back to the M56 and home...Just got back :boring:

Good roads, highlighted a few issues with the car (apart from the rev limiter still), but getting closer

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I obviously wasn't driving very hard as the trip computer said 39.2 mpg.

It did well considering though. Mine seriously needs disks and pads and a fluid change. I had all the brake stop warning lights coming on while going round gentle corners.

They are kool on B roads, i can also see why you think coilovers are too hard for B road stuff. And i kinda agree to an extent, Still going for the Fk stuff now as opposed to the koni dampers and eibach setup. Also new rear bushes, regardless.

i'll stick it out with the eibachs for a while yet. i really need to do the rear bushes too as i think it will drastically improve it especially under braking. Its just one more thing to put on the list of changes.

shame we didnt set off about 1-2hrs earlier but still...

was good to meet a few lads from here and i need my brakes and bushes sorting ASAP as i had a few close calls with adam in the other fiesta and gaz even got a little scared as he seen me coming a little to fast on the approch to the cattle grid haha...

I give it three years before there are cameras everywhere on the EVO triangle. It's getting so popular - locals must be getting well pissed off. Glad I've done it before hat happens.
