well only ones i can find now are
Pilot EXALTO PE2 205/45 ZR16 83W Rim-protectionleiste

  Half stripped mk2 172
the 82v on the ones you have and the 83w on the ones you find means the top speed the tyre can withstand. The larger the letter, ie, alphabetically ordered, w after the v, means it can withstand more top end speed. If I am not mistaken the 83w can support speeds up to 168mph. You should be fine, I think. Think theres a shortage of Vs as costco cant get hold V rated ones at the moment either. Theres quite a price increase for the W rating though with costco.

What is the difference in price if i may ask, as the 83w is much better than the 82v? Vince

Unfortunately, it occasionally happens that the tyre suppliers stop delivering certain tyres, temporarily or for longer periods.
When this happens we remove the tyre from our list until normal supply has resumed. This is the case of the tyres you are interested in as well. They are not available at the moment and we cannot give you an estimated availability date either. As soon as the tyres are back in stock, we shall relist them.

We are sorry we cannot help you for the time being but please try again in a few weeks time.

Please do not hesitate to get back to us in case we could provide further information.

Kind regards

^^ Havin had both i reckon the GSD3 is better marginally, but will last about half the life span of the PE2

At costco was £100 for W and £77 for V rated. so nealry £25% more!!
