FAO Fred or any metal machinists

I have got a set of H&R coilovers for the Williams but I need 2 new 'top hats' machining from scratch. To be honest I dont know the official term but they look like top hats lol.

Its the part which sits ontop of the springs.

I will post a pic of my actual parts when I get home.

Anyone able to help if I send them my original part?

Will call H&R now to see what they say.

I want to buy new springs, 4 height adjusting nuts and a 'C' spanner anyway.

I also need some mounts fabricating for my 4 pots so I can take them off of the williams and fit them to the 172. Was going to get tham all made up at the same time.

0.2mm is quite a lot!

I'm sure a decent machinist could make you a pair, but i doubt it would be much cheaper than buying new. Unless you have a mate who's a machinist of course ;)
