Fitted the mk2 rears & some more pics of my Illiad.

Fitted the rear lights on (which look 1000% better than the rubbish boring originals) Yes I know it's needs Silver visions, they are on the to do list !

Changed the aeriel for a shorter one, to replace the fishing rod style one

Also fitted an Evo Mag sticker - that ought to give me 4000bhp

Then went for a bit of a drive, wheels are dirty & it needs a clean. but sod it !! They are for being driven :approve:

Next up - some clear repeaters for it. Some thicker mk2 style mesh to cover those dirty exhaust boxes. Painted & branded front calipers. The V6 reg plate to go on. Silvervisions, probably all round. Plus a really good clean !

Middo - £ 9.99 from Halfrauds mate, you need a 6mm thread (it says renault fit on the pack though) it's about half the length of the one that was on it !

It's really hard to find mint mk1 especially as most have had a load of owners (one 02 reg I called up had had 9 owners !)
Plus most only keep them a short while - I'm keeping mine till I get a house, that's the only thing that'll make me sell it (or maybe a rare coloured mk2 v6)

Mine's one of only 8 Illiad Blue mk1's in the country, I was really lucky to get it.

I'm gonig to look for a mk2 spoiler, but they are thin on the ground & usually fetch a premium.

I've been slacking on that front. I have some, but I didn't take them.

I've painted & branded the front calipers since these pics, they're now black with yellow ap racing decals, i've yet to do the rear ones (they're just going to be black)

I will take some more of it soon, it's just finding the time tbh.

I got some new ones for my mk2ph1 put them in and the hting lights up like a christmas tree all the terminals seem wrong, as when i brake the indicator comes on solid etc and anyone else had this prob and if so how did u sort it out?!

I'm going to get some mesh soon to cover the exhaust boxes as I know they let it down. Just need to find a place with some decent mesh. I was thinking of geniune renault stuff, but it's hard to get hold of & expensive.

any fine, black mesh would look 100 % better, either that or buy a nice aftermarket exhaust and show it off.
