The problem seemed to be the seals on most kits returned.
We have far less returns from every other suspension manufacturer we deal with so make of it what you will. We cannot set the ride height for each customer to give margins for error. Glad you have had a happy experience. Maybe 85% do, but when some manufacturers are running a 0.1% failure rate you have to ask 'is the product good enough?'
What I know is that I lost too much money, I wasted too much time, and probably lost potentially good customers due to poor products.
