Took mine to Recoat as well, great finish on them

Yep got mine done at Re-coat on curle street (near the big mchargs dealership) down a wee lane lol

Recoat, defo the best place to go.

However Davey C said there is a good on in EK, he had his old C2 done there and the guy did a cracking job too.

The surface prep prior to powder coating could have been smoother, In fact I'd have liked to have got my hands on them after sand blasting to prep the surface.

I'm using a place in Falkirk - www.williamspowdercoating.co.uk - to get mine done in the next two weeks. He's done a couple of sets for my father-in-law and the quality has been spot on.

My alloys are f**ked (previous owner) and need a lot of surface prep - I asked the bloke about expected results and he started going into detail about surface prep and rubbing down the worst bits, so he seems to know what he's doing lol.

Oh aye, and car will be on axle stands as can't find wheels to borrow that clear my callipers

Theres a unit next to mcchoneccys in EK that does wheel refurbing. Don't know if there any good though!
