Greasing ktec top mounts

On the fitting instructions it says to pack both faces with grease, moly do? Or shall i put something better in there?

The bearings are SKF, and self lubricating but if being packed with grease will prolong their life, then so be it. I'll be using a ptfe washer to stop most contamination, but it'll still get through.

Has anyone done similar with ktec top mounts?

If it's supposed to move, and not rust, then grease/oil can't hurt.
