One question for anyone that's used one...

It is especially useful if you have a decat fitted as you can switch the engine warning/emmisions light off once it does come on

Now my EML comes on because my downstream lambda sensor is knackered, which doesn't effect the car's performance. I reset this with Clip, and it lasts usually around 50 miles before coming back on. Now I'm guessing, that with this device, it would also keep coming back?

If so, I think I read somewhere about people blocking off one end of the sensor or something and the EML doesn't come on anymore? What happens if you take it off completely? Appreciated if anyone can elaborate!

I probably will when my bonus comes through. It's just a) it's annoying to replace something just so a light goes out! and b) I might be taking a trip down to K-Tec soonish anyway so was just wondering...
